Loosing weight is actually very simple and easy. you might think yes, excercise more eat less. but actually the motto is exercise less eat more! yay ♥

&+ DRiNK WATER CONSTANTLY
♥ Yes you HAVE heard this a million times. Well guess what? Here's a million and one yall:)

Drinking water is EXTREMELY important on a regular bases, so of course it will be even more crucial when attempting to lose weight. Your body is in need for water constantly, it has waaay too many nutrients for you not to be using them when your body is actively on the moving and burning all sorts of fats and carbs and calories. When things are going out, nutrients need to come in and water should be your main supply.
♥ You truly don't know how easy it is to become DEHYDRATED when losing weight. Like I said, your body is getting rid of lots of things, and you need to take in the good to replace and keep you going.
Stay drinking water, keep hydrated:)
♥ As crazy as this may sound, you can't lose weight effectively and the way you want it if you don't drink water. It just wont happen. Its a MUST.
A reason why we DO gain weight or get fatigued is because we aren't drinking enough water.
&+ CARDiO
♥ No matter what you do, you will NOT lose weight if you don't have any cardio. Yes that water weight will drip off, but thats not actually losing weight you guys. It isn't. At all.
You NEED cardio in order to allow for all the real weight to fall off.
♥ Cardio is getting your heart rate pumping and going, which allows for your body to do sooo many things at once you guys, its crazy.
Cardio allows for your body to urn calories, carbs, fat WHILE, exercising muscles and toning in numerous areas.
Sounds amazing right? All the things you want to happen.
♥ Qucik tip: You will be surprised by the number of things you can do to get cardio in everyday. Like its crazy, the smallest of things can get your heart pumping and will be good enough for just 5-10 minutes.
&+ DON'T DiET
♥ I know know. All of yall just went...

Well guess what? Close ya mouths. It's true.
Dieting does not work. Have you ever heard of “ Diets never work”. Its true.
Dieting is cutting out a whole bunch of food s that you usually eat that aren't good for you, but also foods that you will be surprised to know you actually need in your normal eating diet.
Thats not good. All you're doing is starving your body, and you don't even know it.
♥ Instead of cutting out ALL junk foods, ALL carbs, ALL red meats, etc etc. Keep some of them. Reward yourself. Sometimes its okay yo have a couple of potato chips. Sometimes its okay to indulge in a LITTLE butter. You're trying to tone your body and be a healthier person, not a health freak who is just starving. their body.
But lovey im trying to lose weight fast!!
Guess what hun?! You will stick to your plan a hella lot longer by not torturing yourself. Proven fact.
&+ FULL BODY
♥ Try working out and engaging in full body workouts. This means you will be doing cardio, strength, and engaging muscles all at once. You're working your WHOLE body.
This workout is the best togo for and the most effective. You lose weight faster and work your body more.
♥ So instead of doing crunches,then treadmill, then eliptical, then bicycle, then weights.
Try doing an intense full workout. If you go to the gym, they offer rhese in classes or you can come up with your own.
If you are working out outside the gym, try insanity, zumba, and other workout vids.
♥ You're burning like 10times the bad stuff when you work multiple areas of you body like this of course. So the more the better:)
&+ SET GOALS
♥ You have to know what you're going for. A lot of the times, we just get so desperate and down and out that we say “ Okay Imma start losing weight” or “ oh my god I'm fat, I'm going to eat better!”
You cant SIMPLY do this you guys.
You have to work TOWARDS something.
♥ Instead of setting your dream weight, go for your dream size or dream amount of pounds lost.
I feel as if when I go for a certain weight, measures get more desperate lol. We don't need that.
Plus, we envision what that weight looks like and this isn't good, it can cause some serious obsession with losing the weight.
For me, I want to be a size 8. that's PERFECT! That means I'm slim but with a big butt
hehe My butt is huge btw..the good huge!
And I am currently a size 10. so maybe about another 10 lbs and I'll be there!:D
&+ STAY MOTiVATED
♥ One thing that gets us off track is not being motivated to workout and stay eating right.
You MUST stick to it and keep going or it will all just be a loss cause. Plus, you'll just end up frustrating yourself :/ By starting and stopping and on and on.
♥ Some good ways to motivate yourself are :
listening to music to pump you up while working out
- have a friend who motivates you
-have a friend who workouts and gets healthy with you
-let your family in on it. Especially your mom so she can actually punish you for it lol
-think about all the bad things about quitting
-think with the end in mind. What will happen is you keep going and stick to your goal?

&+ SWiTCH iT UP
♥ You have to change up your workout plans. You simply cannot do the same activities every week you go to the gym. Your body will get used to all of the movements and they wont be effective anymore.
This is called muscle memory, and boy it can sneak up on ya. But only if you let it!
Try changing your routine up ever 1-2 weeks with new activities and longer time intervals:)
